How much does it cost to use the ioTec events platform?

We charge you, the event organiser, a percentage fee per ticket sold through our platform. There are no other fees charged for using the ioTec events platform.

Do you charge the event organiser any other fees besides the percentage fee per ticket?

No, the only fee we charge you, the event organiser, is the agreed percentage per ticket sold. This percentage includes the use of our payment gateway for collections.

What payment methods do you support?

We currently support only online payments through our integrated payment gateway.

Can I use my own payment gateway?

At the moment, we do not support external payment gateways. All collections are handled through our platform as part of the agreed percentage fee.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No, there are no setup or hidden fees. You only pay the agreed percentage for each ticket sold.

How do I get paid for ticket sales?

Ticket payments are processed through our platform, and the funds (minus the agreed percentage) are transferred directly to your account.

Can I sell physical tickets or only digital tickets?

Our platform is designed for online ticket sales and supports digital tickets only.

How secure are the payments made on your platform?

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure all online transactions are safe and secure.
