Project Background
In January 2024, the Makerere Research and Innovation Fund funded the project titled:
"Harnessing Sugarcane Bagasse and Sisal Fiber for Sustainable Bioplastics: A research-driven innovation for environmental conservation in Uganda."
This bioplastics conference is a culmination of the work carried out under this umbrella project.
